Information for a smooth ride
New Specialty Products/Barbeque Select is located on the southeast corner of 47th and Bishop, just a couple of blocks east of Ashland Avenue on 47th Street. Our dock access is on Bishop, so trucks will have to turn south on Bishop from Ashland Avenue. Once there, there is a doorbell beside the gate so that someone can open up the gate.
We do not issue appointments, we are first come first served. Without an appointment system, we strive to get a truck in quickly and loaded or unloaded quickly to get you out and back on the road. Our dock hours are from 6:30am to 4pm, Monday through Friday. We will only allow early or late trucks with advanced arrangements. This is for coverage reasons as well as safety, and we ask that you work on keeping that in mind.
While we generally know what we have coming and going, if you have something that’s not a regularly scheduled shipment, we advise you to call ahead and let us know so we can best accommodate you at the time of your arrival. Please ask for Matt or Bruno to facilitate answering your questions.
