New Specialty Products started in 1996 in the Back of the Yards neighborhood of Chicago, directly across from where the old Union Stockyards used to exist. Such a close connection to the history of Chicago and meat processing would reflect in the business of New Specialty Products.

Since that beginning we have prided ourselves in keeping up with the latest trends in the market as well as expanding our capabilities when necessary. We have also managed to continue to show a dedication to food safety and quality by obtaining a “AA” rating in the BRC Global Audit, part of the umbrella of GFSI certifications.
